Description
- Analytical Testing: Performs chemical and instrumental analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples as per approved methods.
- Instrument Operation: Operates, calibrates, and maintains various analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, and other general lab equipment.
- Sample Management: Receives, logs, and prepares samples for analysis, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and retention.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately records all test results, observations, and calculations in laboratory notebooks and designated formats. Generates analytical reports.
- Compliance & Safety: Strictly adheres to Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices. Follows all laboratory safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
- Reagent & Standard Management: Prepares and standardizes reagents, volumetric solutions, and reference standards. Manages laboratory consumables inventory.
- Deviation Reporting: Immediately reports any out-of-specification results or analytical issues to the supervising officer.
- Method Adherence: Ensures strict adherence to all approved Standard Test Procedures and analytical methods.
