Description

Testing and Inspection: Conduct thorough testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specified quality standards and comply with established procedures.
Quality Parameters: Implement and enforce quality control measures to evaluate attributes such as dimensions, color, texture, and other relevant criteria, ensuring adherence to product specifications.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain testing equipment and instruments, ensuring accuracy and reliability in obtaining test results.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret quality control data, identifying trends, variations, and deviations, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and any corrective actions taken, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to address quality issues, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards, participating in internal and external audits as needed.
Training and Development: Stay current with industry trends and updates in quality control methodologies, and provide training to team members on relevant procedures and best practices.
