Description

  • Perform visual inspections and functional tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Use measuring tools, instruments, and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product dimensions, tolerances, and performance characteristics.
  • Record inspection results, deviations, and non-conformities accurately in quality records or electronic systems.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and equipment to identify potential quality issues, defects, or deviations from established procedures.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and audits to verify compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality control plans.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of defects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and data related to quality inspections, test results, and compliance activities.
  • Review and approve batch records, production logs, and quality documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments as needed.
