<ul><li>Perform in-process quality checks on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.</li><li>Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, WHO-GMP, MHRA, etc.).</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of production and packaging areas to ensure compliance with SOPs.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality deviations.</li><li>Monitor critical control points in production and report any deviations or anomalies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspections, and test results.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and verification of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).</li><li>Ensure calibration and proper functioning of measuring instruments used in quality checks.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards in the workplace.</li><li>Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or process deviations.</li></ul>
