Description

  • Quality Management System Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Product Testing & Inspection: Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify that they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including testing results, inspections, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation standards.
  • Deviation & Non-Conformance Management: Identify, investigate, and document non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Training & Development: Provide training to production and QA staff on quality standards, testing methods, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
  • Internal Audits & Compliance Checks: Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality management systems and identify areas for improvement, reporting findings to management.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with production, R&D, and regulatory affairs teams to support product development, resolve quality issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, optimizing processes, and increasing overall operational efficiency.
