2. Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks at various stages of manufacturing.
3. Record observations and deviations, and report non-conformities to production and QA teams.
4. Ensure raw materials, intermediates, and finished products meet defined specifications.
5. Approve or hold batches based on in-process quality assessment.
6. Support investigations of deviations, batch failures, and implementation of CAPA.
7. Maintain accurate IPQA records, checklists, and batch documentation.
