Description

  • Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform sampling, testing, and monitoring of production processes to identify quality deviations or issues.
  • Ensure that production processes are in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
  • Document deviations and non-conformities and ensure that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
  • Generate quality reports, monitor product trends, and escalate quality-related issues to senior management as needed.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents, data, and insights.
  • Assist in the preparation for regulatory inspections, ensuring all required documents and systems are in place and compliant.
  • Assist with preparing responses to audit findings and implementing corrective actions.
