Description

  • Ensure that products are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory standards, and company quality requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and documentation to ensure product consistency and safety.
  • Conduct routine quality audits and inspections in production areas to identify potential quality issues and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Review and approve batch records, ensuring accurate documentation of the manufacturing process, ingredients, and final product testing.
  • Monitor and analyze product quality data, identifying trends, and suggesting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as necessary.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Ensure that all equipment and instruments used in production are calibrated, validated, and maintained in accordance with quality standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on quality control standards, procedures, and safety practices to promote a quality-oriented culture.
  • Assist in product stability studies and ensure proper documentation for regulatory submissions.
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports, manage complaints and deviations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
