Description
- Ensure the production process adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements by conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies to maintain consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Investigate quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Review and approve batch records, production documentation, and testing reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to address quality-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities, including audits, investigations, and inspections.
