Description

  • Quality System Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO.
  • Inspection and Audits: Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of production processes, documentation, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and oversee quality-related documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and quality manuals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Deviation and CAPA Management: Investigate quality deviations or non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Training: Conduct quality-related training programs for production staff, ensuring they are aware of quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Vendor and Material Quality: Ensure the quality of raw materials and supplies by coordinating with vendors and conducting quality checks on incoming materials.
  • Product Release: Review production records and quality test results to approve the release of finished products for market distribution, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and prepares for external audits by regulatory bodies such as the FDA or other certification agencies.
