1. Ensure laboratory operations comply with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
2. Monitor and review testing procedures, results, and laboratory documentation for accuracy.
3. Conduct internal audits, inspections, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4. Verify calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
5. Review batch records, quality control data, and test reports before release.
6. Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and ensure timely resolution.
7. Coordinate with production, QC, and QA teams to maintain compliance and quality standards.
8. Maintain quality manuals, SOPs, and proper documentation of lab activities.
