- Job Title: QA Head
- Location: Rednex Pharmaceuticals - Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Qualification: MPharm / Bpharma
- Work Experience: 8 to 10 Years
- Develop, implement, and maintain the overall Quality Assurance strategy and policies.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ISO, and regulatory requirements across all operations.
- Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and performance oversight.
- Review, approve, and maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and documentation.
- Oversee internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams for product quality and compliance.
- Approve product release and ensure compliance with regulatory submissions.
