Description

Quality Standards Implementation: Develop and implement quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards to ensure products or services meet company and regulatory quality requirements.
Testing and Inspection: Conduct regular testing, inspections, and audits of materials, products, or services to assess compliance with quality standards, identifying any defects or inconsistencies.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and inspections. Prepare and submit reports to management detailing issues, improvements, and solutions.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the production or service delivery processes and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Non-Conformance Management: Investigate and resolve non-conformance or quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials or components supplied by vendors, ensuring they meet the required standards before use in production.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, such as ISO, FDA, or other regulatory bodies, and prepare for audits and inspections.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and engineering, to address quality concerns, share best practices, and ensure continuous improvement.
Training and Support: Provide training to employees on quality assurance procedures, standards, and tools, ensuring consistent adherence to quality guidelines across the organization.
