Description
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional specifications and user expectations.
- Design and maintain test documentation, including test matrices, test data sets, and test coverage reports.
- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
- Perform regression testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure software stability and reliability.
- Implement test automation frameworks, scripts, and tools to streamline testing processes and increase test coverage.
- Identify, prioritize, and document software defects and anomalies using defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Reproduce and isolate defects to provide detailed steps for reproduction and facilitate resolution by development teams.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to triage and resolve defects in a timely manner.
