Description
- Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Monitor manufacturing processes for consistency and adherence to SOPs.
- Collect and analyze samples using standard QA tools and equipment (e.g., pH meter, weighing scale, micrometer).
- Document test results and maintain accurate quality records and logs.
- Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities to QA Supervisor/Manager
- Support root cause analysis and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Calibrate QA equipment and maintain records of calibrations.
- Help ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and environmental conditions on the shop floor.
