Description

  • Oversee and manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.

  • Manage the inventory of purchased goods, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, product availability, and new suppliers to ensure the best purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and other relevant documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Track and analyze purchasing performance metrics to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
