Psychological Counselor:-
Education: BSc in psychology/ MSc in psychology/ MSW in psychology
Experience: 0 to 3years
Counseling all IVF and IUI Advised patients - At the time of stimulation, after OPU, ET, BETA HCG, (If negative or positive).
Counsel oocyte donors and perform psychological screening of the egg donors.
Ensure all counseling session documentation and incorporate the same in SIVIS
Follow up calls for the Patients with failed IUI / ICSI cycles with the objective of helping them to cope up with the loss and assist them in taking the right decision.
Be a part of monthly clinical meetings at the center and present the work.
Ensure that the patient gets the right information, support and advice through phone call if the patient is not able to meet the counselor, and report to the management required any.
To measure and achieve effectiveness of goals set from time to time.
Maintaining patients focus on all times and answering to patient enquiries by using the standard guidelines.
Assisting management and Team manager with any assigned special projects and providing backup to the counseling department when required.
Enable the patients to overcome mindsets towards infertility issues and treatments.
