Proposal Executive

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and develop customized solutions, ensuring they align with the company's capabilities and offerings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical and scientific information necessary for proposal development.
• Write and edit proposal content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of proposal templates, case studies, and reference materials to streamline the proposal development process.
• Review and analyse Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and other tender documents to identify key deliverables and deadlines.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure proposals are submitted on time and meet all submission requirements.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and client interactions to gather additional insights and address queries related to proposals.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, differentiating our proposals in the CRAMS market.
• Maintain records of proposal submissions, success rates, and client feedback to continually improve the proposal development process.
