<ul><li>Managing biosimilar and novel development projects (CMC) through approved GANTT charts with all milestones pertaining to the project.</li><li>Managing and tracking outsourced activities.</li><li>SAP-related related activities (Project No., WBS, network, activity, milestones, and DC creation).</li><li>Finance-related activities management (change order generation &amp; milestones billing).</li><li>Logistics management (shipment of process and analytical samples, FG goods).</li><li>Co-ordinate with internal departments/stakeholders to get the current updates of ongoing projects for providing timely updates to clients and senior management.</li><li>Project risk identification and mitigation plans. Tracking the risks and corresponding mitigation plans with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Scheduling and managing internal and client meetings including JSC meetings every quarter.</li></ul>
