2. Provide expert clinical care in OPD, wards, emergency, and operation theater.
3. Perform and supervise reconstructive, cosmetic, and microsurgical procedures.
4. Mentor and guide senior residents, junior residents, interns, and faculty.
5. Lead clinical rounds, case discussions, and surgical planning.
6. Conduct and supervise research projects and publish scholarly work in plastic surgery.
7. Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and departmental administration.
8. Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
