4. Guide and mentor students in clinical training, research, and thesis work.
5. Undertake and supervise research activities and publish in reputed medical journals.
6. Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and examination processes.
7. Mentor junior faculty and support academic and professional development within the department.
8. Organize and participate in CMEs, workshops, seminars, and academic conferences.
