<ul><li>Teach and train MBBS and MD students in Pediatrics through lectures, clinical demonstrations, ward rounds, and case discussions.</li><li>Supervise patient care in pediatric wards, NICU, and OPD, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.</li><li>Guide and evaluate postgraduate students in dissertation and research work.</li><li>Develop and revise the academic curriculum in line with NMC guidelines.</li><li>Organize and participate in departmental academic activities such as CMEs, seminars, and workshops.</li><li>Mentor and supervise Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Residents.</li><li>Conduct and publish research in peer-reviewed national and international journals.</li><li>Ensure adherence to institutional policies, ethics, and regulatory standards.</li></ul>
