4. Conduct and publish research in pathology, laboratory medicine, or related biomedical fields.
5. Oversee diagnostic laboratory services, including histopathology, cytology, hematology, and molecular pathology.
6. Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences to advance departmental and academic excellence.
7. Design and implement assessments, including practicals, internal tests, and examinations.
8. Collaborate with other departments for interdisciplinary teaching, diagnostics, and research initiatives.
