Job Description

1. Teach and train MBBS, MS/MD OBGY students through lectures, ward teaching, and clinical demonstrations.
2. Provide expert care in obstetrics and gynecology including high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecologic surgeries.
3. Supervise residents, senior residents, and junior faculty in clinical and academic activities.
4. Conduct and guide research projects, thesis work, and scientific publications as per NMC norms.
5. Participate in university examinations, curriculum development, and academic committees.
6. Lead departmental rounds, labor ward meetings, morbidity & mortality reviews, and clinical audits.
7. Ensure adherence to NMC guidelines, hospital policies, and patient safety standards.
8. Contribute to departmental administration, quality improvement programs, and institutional growth.
