1. Lead undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in ENT.

3. Perform advanced ENT surgeries including otology, rhinology, and head & neck procedures.
4. Supervise residents during clinical work, surgeries, and academic activities.
5. Develop and update curriculum in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
6. Guide postgraduate research, dissertations, and scientific publications.
7. Participate in seminars, CMEs, workshops, and academic conferences.
8. Ensure ethical practice, patient safety, and quality standards.
