5. Undertake and guide research activities and publish in reputed medical journals.
6. Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and examination duties.
7. Mentor junior faculty and support their academic and professional development.
8. Organize and participate in CMEs, seminars, workshops, and academic conferences.
