<ul><li>Teach and train undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Ophthalmology through lectures, clinical postings, and practical demonstrations.</li><li>Conduct outpatient clinics, perform eye surgeries, and manage inpatient care in the Ophthalmology department.</li><li>Supervise residents and interns during clinical procedures, case discussions, and research work.</li><li>Develop and update teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessment methods as per NMC guidelines.</li><li>Participate in academic activities such as seminars, CME programs, workshops, and conferences.</li><li>Guide postgraduate dissertations and promote research publications in peer-reviewed journals.</li><li>Ensure high-quality patient care, maintaining clinical standards and patient safety.</li></ul>
