Description
- Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops to medical students, residents, and other learners in the specialty area, utilizing innovative teaching methods, educational technology, and evidence-based instructional practices to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Participate in the development, review, and revision of educational curricula, course materials, learning objectives, and assessment tools to ensure alignment with accreditation standards, educational objectives, and emerging trends in medical education.
- Supervise and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical settings, providing guidance on patient care, clinical skills development, and professional competencies, while promoting patient safety, ethical practice, and professionalism.
- Conduct scholarly research, publish scientific articles, present research findings at conferences, and secure external funding grants to advance knowledge in the specialty area, contribute to academic journals, and enhance the reputation of the medical college.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior faculty members, research staff, and trainees, fostering a culture of academic excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the department and across interdisciplinary teams.
