<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.</li><li>Conduct theory classes, clinical demonstrations, and case discussions.</li><li>Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and academic presentations.</li><li>Provide clinical services in psychiatry OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.</li><li>Perform psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy, and pharmacological treatments.</li><li>Supervise residents, interns, and junior faculty as per role.</li><li>Develop and update psychiatry curriculum in line with NMC norms.</li><li>Conduct and publish original research in mental health and psychiatry.</li><li>Participate in departmental academic meetings, CMEs, and outreach programs.</li></ul>
