<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in ophthalmology, including clinical and theoretical knowledge.</li><li>Conduct lectures, practical sessions, case discussions, and bedside teaching to enhance student learning.</li><li>Supervise and mentor residents, interns, and junior faculty in clinical practice and research activities.</li><li>Perform and assist in ophthalmic surgeries, including cataract, glaucoma, and retinal procedures.</li><li>Guide students and residents in research projects, dissertations, and scientific publications.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to provide multidisciplinary patient care and academic support.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of teaching, clinical work, and research contributions.</li><li>Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.</li><li>Evaluate student performance through examinations, clinical assessments, and practical evaluations.</li></ul>
