<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Ophthalmology as per NMC norms.</li><li>Conduct OPD clinics, inpatient care, and ward rounds.</li><li>Perform and supervise diagnostic procedures and ophthalmic surgeries.</li><li>Guide PG students in thesis writing, clinical research, and case discussions.</li><li>Develop and update academic curriculum and teaching modules.</li><li>Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals.</li><li>Train and mentor junior faculty, residents, and interns.</li><li>Participate in CMEs, workshops, and national/international conferences.</li><li>Ensure delivery of ethical, patient-centric, and evidence-based eye care.</li></ul>
