<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students theoretical and clinical aspects of Ophthalmology.</li><li>Conduct clinical teaching in OPD, IPD, and during surgical procedures.</li><li>Perform and supervise ophthalmic surgeries such as cataract, glaucoma, and minor procedures.</li><li>Guide students in case presentations, seminars, research projects, and thesis work.</li><li>Deliver lectures and hands-on training in diagnostic and surgical ophthalmic techniques.</li><li>Evaluate students through written tests, OSCEs, practicals, and viva sessions.</li><li>Participate in curriculum development in accordance with NMC and university norms.</li><li>Engage in clinical research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.</li><li>Supervise junior doctors, interns, and residents in academic and clinical settings.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
