<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Nephrology as per NMC and institutional norms.</li><li>Conduct OPD services, inpatient rounds, and bedside clinical training in renal medicine.</li><li>Perform and supervise dialysis procedures, kidney biopsies, and related interventions.</li><li>Guide PG students in thesis writing, clinical research, and case discussions.</li><li>Develop and revise academic curriculum and nephrology training modules.</li><li>Publish original research and case studies in peer-reviewed medical journals.</li><li>Mentor junior faculty, residents, and DM/DNB Nephrology trainees.</li><li>Participate in CMEs, academic conferences, and nephrology workshops.</li><li>Ensure ethical and evidence-based management of acute and chronic kidney diseases.</li></ul>
