<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Medical Microbiology.</li><li>Conduct practicals, slide sessions, and lab demonstrations in bacteriology, virology, mycology, and parasitology.</li><li>Develop and deliver lectures as per the academic curriculum.</li><li>Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and presentations.</li><li>Perform diagnostic reporting in microbiology laboratory (if applicable).</li><li>Conduct and publish research in clinical and applied microbiology.</li><li>Participate in departmental planning, curriculum design, and quality audits.</li><li>Mentor junior faculty and contribute to faculty development programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with NMC/UGC norms and accreditation standards.</li></ul>
