<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in General Surgery per NMC norms.</li><li>Conduct clinical rounds, OPD services, and surgical procedures.</li><li>Supervise emergency and elective surgeries with adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Guide PG students in thesis work, clinical case presentations, and research.</li><li>Develop and revise academic curriculum and surgical training modules.</li><li>Participate in academic research and publish in indexed medical journals.</li><li>Mentor junior faculty, interns, and surgical residents.</li><li>Organize and attend CMEs, surgical workshops, and conferences.</li></ul>
