<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students principles and practices of General Surgery.</li><li>Conduct clinical teaching through ward rounds, OPD sessions, and OT demonstrations.</li><li>Perform and supervise surgical procedures, ensuring high standards of patient care.</li><li>Guide students in case presentations, research projects, and thesis work.</li><li>Deliver lectures, seminars, and skill-based workshops on surgical topics.</li><li>Assess students through theory exams, practicals, and viva voce.</li><li>Contribute to curriculum planning and development in line with NMC guidelines.</li><li>Engage in academic research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals.</li><li>Supervise junior faculty, residents, and interns in clinical and academic duties.</li><li>Participate in surgical camps, CMEs, and institutional quality improvement programs.</li></ul>
