<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in ENT, including theoretical knowledge and clinical skills.</li><li>Conduct lectures, practical sessions, bedside teaching, and case discussions.</li><li>Supervise and mentor residents, interns, and junior faculty in patient care and surgical procedures.</li><li>Perform and assist in ENT surgeries such as tonsillectomy, sinus surgery, and ear procedures.</li><li>Guide students and residents in research projects, dissertations, and publications.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments for multidisciplinary patient care and academic activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of teaching, clinical work, and research contributions.</li><li>Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
