<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in ENT as per NMC guidelines.</li><li>Conduct OPD, IPD, and emergency ENT services with clinical teaching.</li><li>Perform and supervise ENT surgeries including endoscopic and microsurgical procedures.</li><li>Guide PG students in research, thesis work, and seminar presentations.</li><li>Develop academic curriculum and regularly update teaching content.</li><li>Publish research papers in national and international journals.</li><li>Mentor junior faculty, residents, and medical interns.</li><li>Participate in CMEs, workshops, and departmental academic events.</li><li>Ensure ethical standards and patient safety in clinical practice.</li></ul>
