<ul><li>Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in ENT through lectures, clinics, and practical sessions.</li><li>Conduct and supervise ENT surgeries including endoscopic, otologic, and head &amp; neck procedures.</li><li>Guide students in clinical case studies, research projects, and thesis work.</li><li>Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD patients with ENT disorders.</li><li>Mentor junior faculty and residents in surgical and academic training.</li><li>Develop and revise curriculum as per NMC guidelines.</li><li>Participate in CMEs, workshops, and medical education programs.</li><li>Publish research in national and international journals.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, patient care, and medico-legal compliance.</li></ul>
