Description

Operate vial filling machines to accurately fill vials with liquid or powder formulations as per the production schedule.
Set up and calibrate filling equipment to ensure proper volume, dosage, and filling speed.
Monitor the filling process to maintain precision and prevent spills or overfills.
Operate sealing machines to seal vials with appropriate closures, such as rubber stoppers or aluminum seals, ensuring a secure and sterile seal.
Ensure that sealing equipment is properly set up and adjusted to meet production specifications and quality standards.
Inspect sealed vials for defects or inconsistencies, such as incomplete seals or damaged closures.
Conduct routine setup, calibration, and adjustments of vial filling and sealing machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication, to ensure the equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance staff for major repairs.
