<ul><li>Assist in day-to-day production activities under the guidance of senior staff.</li><li>Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</li><li>Support in batch manufacturing, filling, and packing operations as per instructions.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.</li><li>Help in equipment operation, cleaning, and documentation as per protocols.</li><li>Record process parameters and observations accurately in logbooks.</li><li>Ensure safety compliance and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Coordinate with QA and QC for sampling and in-process quality checks.</li><li>Participate in training sessions to understand production processes and quality systems.</li></ul>
