Description

Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery.
Manage and supervise production staff, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Monitor production processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Ensure that all production operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and procurement, to ensure seamless production flow.
Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), inventory levels, and operational performance.
Troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to resolve any operational problems efficiently.
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in production.
Train and mentor production staff, ensuring they are up-to-date on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
Support management in the preparation of budgets, cost analysis, and production planning to optimize resource utilization.
