Description

Equipment Operation: Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently, ensuring all processes run smoothly and products are manufactured according to specifications.
Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, reporting any defects or deviations from specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues with production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
Process Monitoring: Monitor the production line for efficiency and safety, adjusting machinery settings and production processes as needed to maintain optimal output.
Raw Material Handling: Assist in the preparation and handling of raw materials required for production, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that safety measures are implemented during production activities to maintain a safe working environment.
Data Logging & Reporting: Record production data, including output quantities, machine performance, and quality control results, and report to the Production Supervisor or Manager.
Collaboration: Work with other team members and departments, including maintenance and quality control, to resolve production issues and improve operational processes.
Inventory Support: Assist in managing production-related inventory, ensuring that materials and products are stored appropriately and are readily accessible when needed.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in production techniques and workflows to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
