Description

Operate production machinery, equipment, and tools according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor equipment performance, make adjustments as needed, and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
Perform routine checks, inspections, and maintenance tasks to keep equipment in good working condition and prevent breakdowns.
Assemble components, parts, or products using hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery.
Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, or work orders to ensure accurate assembly and alignment of parts.
Inspect finished products for quality defects, deviations, or discrepancies and take corrective actions as needed.
Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests on products or components to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Document inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in production logs, quality records, or electronic systems.
Report quality issues, safety hazards, and equipment malfunctions to supervisors or quality control personnel promptly.
