Job Description

1. Supervise daily production activities for liquid dosage forms such as syrups, suspensions, solutions, and elixirs.
2. Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during manufacturing operations.
3. Monitor dispensing, compounding, filtration, and filling processes.
4. Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.
5. Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and operator training.
6. Review batch manufacturing records and ensure accurate documentation.
7. Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.
8. Ensure equipment cleaning, CIP/SIP (where applicable), and line clearance activities.
