Description

Assist in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the production plant to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Help monitor and operate machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and minimal downtime during production.
Support the maintenance team by assisting in routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
Assist with inventory management by tracking raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adequate stock levels.
Ensure products are produced according to established quality standards and assist with quality control checks.
Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and providing solutions to minimize disruptions to the manufacturing flow.
Collaborate with other departments, including quality control, logistics, and procurement, to ensure smooth plant operations.
Record and report daily production data, equipment performance, and any operational issues for analysis and improvement.
