Description

Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality, implementing lean manufacturing principles where appropriate.
Equipment Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of machinery and equipment, ensuring they operate at peak performance and are regularly serviced.
Production Planning: Collaborate with production and planning teams to develop schedules that optimize resource utilization, ensuring timely completion of production targets.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues or bottlenecks in the production process, providing quick solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Quality Control: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all production processes adhere to established standards, troubleshooting quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of production processes, including operating procedures, safety protocols, and efficiency reports, for continuous improvement.
Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities for cost reduction in materials, labor, and energy usage, while maintaining product quality and adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and Training: Work with cross-functional teams, including design, maintenance, and production staff, and provide training to operators on new machinery or updated processes.
