<ol><li data-list="bullet">Assist in production and packing operations under the guidance of senior operators.</li><li data-list="bullet">Learn to handle OSD products (tablets, capsules, powders) and operate packing machines.</li><li data-list="bullet">Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures during all operations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Support in-process checks, line clearance, and documentation of production activities.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain cleanliness, 5S standards, and proper handling of materials in the production/packing area.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with QA and supervisors for learning and compliance.</li><li data-list="bullet">Observe and participate in machine setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.</li><li data-list="bullet">Record production and packing data accurately under supervision.</li></ol>
