1. Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, environment, and finished products.
2. Conduct sterility testing, microbial limit tests, and endotoxin testing as per SOPs.
3. Monitor and trend environmental monitoring (EM) data for cleanrooms and production areas.
4. Prepare, sterilize, and maintain culture media and microbiological reagents.
5. Ensure proper handling, incubation, and identification of microorganisms.
6. Maintain microbiology laboratory instruments and ensure calibration and validation.
7. Investigate microbiological deviations, OOS, and contamination issues.
8. Follow GMP, GLP, and biosafety guidelines strictly.
