Machine Operation: Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture products according to production plans and specifications, ensuring smooth operation.
Production Line Monitoring: Oversee the flow of materials and products on the production line, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and product quality.
Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects or deviations in the production process.
Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs and documentation, including batch numbers, machine settings, and quality control results.
Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and minor maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and collaborate with supervisors and the team to implement more efficient methods.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other operators, supervisors, and departments to meet production targets and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
